Colby Berger

Colby Berger has more than a decade’s worth of experience as a recruitment professional. He began his career as a recruiter for one of the nation’s largest staff augmentation firms. He has a strong background in developing business from the ground up and has also worked as an internal recruiter for several Fortune 500 companies. His wide range of recruitment experience and success has led him to develop a particular skill for meeting the needs of organizations, specifically with technological recruitment initiatives. Colby is skilled in both traditional and forward thinking methods of recruitment, making him an expert at meeting the needs of TechReps clients.

Thomas A. Spero

Tom Spero began his career at a start-up division for a national technical recruitment firm in the early 1990’s. His success in the technical recruitment arena led him to recruit for one of the foremost technical recruitment firms in the world and eventually take a position as VP of IT Recruiting for one of the largest boutique firms in Florida. Prior to joining TechReps, Tom was recruited to manage all Southeast and Mid-Atlantic recruiting efforts for a Fortune 500 company. His broad level of experience in contract, permanent placements, and recruitment outsourcing has given him the background essential for meeting the needs of TechReps clients.
